Short version: we keep what you send us so we can plan your trip, and nothing more.
What we collect. When you use the request form we receive the details you type — name, email, phone if you give it, country, travel dates and your message — together with the IP address the request came from, which we keep for spam protection.
What we do with it. We use it to reply to you, plan and quote your voyage, and run the trip if you book. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to any mailing list you did not ask for.
Where it lives. Your request is delivered to us by email and kept in a private log on our own server. Booking details are shared only with the crews, drivers and accommodation involved in your trip, and only as far as they need them.
How long. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted from our working files within two years. If you want yours removed sooner — or want to know exactly what we hold — write to us through the contact form and we will do it within 30 days.
Cookies. This site sets none for tracking. No analytics scripts run here today; if that changes, this page changes first.
