Most people go on safari to Kenya eager to spot the big five but we know there are a lot of birds enthusiasts and that's fair enough as Kenya is one of Africa’s best birding destinations. 

Kenya is home to over 1,100 species, 10 endemic and 46 globally threatened.

The migrant species from Europe can be seen from September to April, however you can see plenty of species throughout all year on any birding trip, specially the endimec and almost-endemic ones.

All the safari areas offer good birding opportunities, and specials can be found pretty much everywhere you go.
